At the 54th Annual CMI Global Conference, we invite you to reimagine leadership and governance through the lens of Jesus—the ultimate Shepherd and Head of the Church. Together, we’ll explore how Spirit-led discernment, servant leadership, and Kingdom-minded collaboration can replace stress, division, and burnout. This year’s focus is not on avoiding hard decisions—but on making them in a pain-free, Spirit-filled, and Christ-honoring way.
